"It’s been almost a year now since I moved into my new flat and all my walls were desperately white and empty. That is until I came across Lilly. I saw a painting behind her on a Zoom call and really loved it.
We hopped on a call and before I new it I had commissioned her for three paintings. It’s the first time I commissioned someone to do a painting for me, let alone three, so I was a bit nervous as I wasn’t sure how to express what I wanted nor how she would be able to translate that into the paintings I wanted in my living room. I had no reason at all to worry as Lilly makes the process really easy by regularly sending pictures of the progression she was making which allowed us to fine tune and course correct as and if needed. The result is amazing I can’t get enough of looking at them. They match beautiful with the colours of my living room and one of them is the first thing one sees when entering the room.

The style and the colours were made for it. It’s a rather big piece of art (1.00 x 1.20) and perfect for above my chimney.Big also meant quite pricey (or at least too pricey for me at that time). The good news with Lilly is that she also offers payment plans which makes it so much easier to say yes to what you fall in love with. That is how I have already acquired 4 of her paintings! "We have never commissioned anything before but Lilly made the whole process (during a pandemic) very easy. We had an idea but not a firm image of what we wanted. Lilly asked a lot of questions, showed us examples and we ended up with exactly what we wanted even if we did not know it at the time. We commissioned this picture for our bedroom but in the end felt it would be better in our dinning room where more of our friends and family can appreciate it. Lilly started off by looking at the colours and textures in my room so she could get a really good understanding of the theme of my room.
